Dues and meeting changes

 

1. Due to CMU holiday closures and cold, the January meetings were voted by the board and ratified by membership to be cancelled. January Board meetings, however, will occur as before to set the year’s annual public outreach dates.

 

2. Annual Dues were voted by the board and ratified by the membership to be simplified (changed) from the present “month-to-month” basis to a calendar year  (Jan. - Dec.) and increased by 8.33 cents/ mo. for rounding convenience purposes and  due by all members no later than the end of February for the upcoming year ($36).

 

This makes dues $3/mo., easily prorated and all due at the same time by everyone. Bring them to the Feb. Meeting, or mail them to the P.O. Box, or perhaps use PayPal onsite if we get that set up in time.
